What is the QBall Pro
Lighter than the original QBall and similar to a racquetball.  No 2 bounces are the same, so you must watch and react to each bounce. Go as fast as you can. Speed trains speed. Using 2 Qballs allows even greater speed. Bounce the Qballs to waist height alternating hands. At waist height the Qball will randomly move about 18 inches horizontally which is easily within reach without moving your feet.
