Training my eyes to quickly and accurately assess the field has been instrumental in my success as a cornerback. Through my work with Ryan Harrison, I have honed my ability to focus on key details amidst the chaos on the field. "

By doing the drills throughout the day, I'm more in the here & now ( present), calm, my heart rate is lower ( saving energy/stress wears you out), and thinking about beating the game. It allows me to enjoy the day at the races more than ever. And makes me a more patient person with my family & friends. While keeping my mind sharp for when it's time to perform.

Your perspective is incredible and it's easy to see why the Giants have been as good as they have. They, and every other person to work with you, is extremely fortunate, myself included. "I benefited from focus training with Dr. Bill. More than anything by training my eyes and mind to focus on one point on the catcher and block out every other sound and person within my scope of hearing and vision, it was awesome and extremely helpful when it came to succeeding in baseball or anything else in my life."
