The STGD Focus Loop provides drills that require narrowed, "fine"focus and eye-hand coordination. 4 different colors on the ring and 4 different colored balls, give 8 different focal points. The task is to listen to the color called out when t he STGD Focus Loop is spinning in the air, and then to catch the part of the Focus Loop called out. The Loop can be tossed with minimal or very pronounced spin. It can be tossed at varying distance, directly at the receiver/catcher or very high in the air. The receiver/catcher can be required to run, similar to an outfielder chasing a ball over his or her head, and then turn around and catch the in the proper location—the Loop itself or one of the balls. Can be used indoors or outdoors.
